The rebalances should be very drastic, to be fair. I wasn't expecting weapons, honestly. So the announcement of new weapons, let alone Heavy weapons, is incredible.

I'm 99% sure both classes are going to get massive balance changes in the update notes today no matter what, whereas the war will determine who gets new weapons, etc
So... are the "cool beans" there as a joke because Jill said it to screw with us or are they somehow relevant to something in the future?

Pyro will have gotten three major class updates, more than any other class.
And still Pyro isn't that great...
I have around 300 hours shoved into pyro over the years, so I'm going to have to pick pyro for that. I'm happy for either to win though. Can't wait for those patch notes as well.
So... we can only pick our side (comrades, you know who to choose...) once the update goes live? I launched TF2 and no popup is there... yet. I'm assuming this is the case.

The new ones will have EVERY functionally different weapon for that class, not just a few from their first class update.

Rebalances aren't as game-changing as new weapons unless they are a complete overhaul - e.g. the Smissmas 2014 Soda Popper. Changes like that are really quite rare and I'd be surprised if we see any in this update.
