They just use a lot of different backgrounds for how long the page is. Take the FAQ for example, which uses ~4 backgrounds due to its length.

I don't know why some people are disappointed with the update, it's just everything i've wanted so far actually, the new WAR!, new taunts, rebalance changes, matchmaking added and casual just being updated.

This update makes me wish they'd fix the steak to not look like a dog toy. It looks nice in these promo shots.
