I can't really find any changes that I would say "appear to have been suggested by b4nny". They all seem same-old-same-old by the TFTeam.
Uncle Dane is gonna have a field day with those Engineer updates (which they're great), but what's with Valve's hate on the Heavy? I think they want him to win the WAR.

Out of curiosity... Why did they buff the widowmaker? It's already a pretty damn good shotgun to use on engineer. It's by far my favorite shotgun when I run mini's...

the new shortstop alt fire pushes any class exactly as far as the pyro's airblast, and denies heavy's weight values all this at the cost of no ammo where did they even get this idea?

I think he might be pretty skewed. I'd rather b4nny never be allowed to touch a tf2 update again.

Honestly, I find all this just funny. I like the update. I like most of the changes and stuff. But I find this whole thread hilarious. There's always an image circulating saying how you shouldn't overhype stuff. And yet you do. And it blows up in your face every damn time.

So apparently ctf, mannpower, sd, and passtime are all worth more of valve's resources and time than rd, a gamemode better than all of them. Fantastic.

Between the loss of quick play and the inability to create listen servers without using the console, I don't really know what they were thinking. I'm still confused as to why a system that had worked for like half a decade needed to die so it could be replaced with a mode that already existed, minus stat tracking, or something? Still not too sure what the difference is between casual and comp modes besides some trivial stuff. And why the way to play Payload in 3 seconds had to die for it.
