What about bot doggers? i was so excited to wear viewfinder + bot doggers on all classes ;_; Thats my fav scout combo, dunno it looks silly and so nice, they go so perfect together. Viewfinder is since always my fav cosmetic and bot dogger goes the best with it, hearing that bot dogger will become all class was such dream for me. Fucking traders.. ruining everything, going for the profit right away :( hopefully u wont mind those few people and still go for it. Thx for all those great items.

Sniper and Heavy wouldn't work well, but I could see Demo pulling them off well. He already some exclusive shoes, two even shared with scout
Also how come the spooky shoes arent popular among players ? Seriously, A++ item

When you have only 3 slots and there's a hundred other choices to make, the first to drop out of a loadout are things like shoes and badges to make room for something more noticeable. (I used to wear both plus a hat for ages btw)
re: crashes in MM, the only time it crashed for me was when I tried to check an item drop during the pre-game. When I relaunched TF2, it prompted to me reconnect the MM server, which I did. The only issue after that was that I didn't get re-added to the matchmaking party and had to wait for them to play the next map before I got back in.
Valve already ruined class and team recognition, so i could easily see them adding a 4th cosmetic slot, if not they still should really add a dedicated badge slot.
Honestly i'm still kinda hoping valve will eventually add at least one more slot, if only for the fact that there are a few 4 piece sets already in the game that cannot be truly worn together.
Not to mention that one leaked valve build shot way back when, where a demoman has 4 cosmetics on plus whatever that easter island thing on his back was.

Four slots would cause serious performance issues.
Just adding the third slot caused a huge mess, another would likely push the game engine over the edge.

People always say this, but the canteens and spell books are also models when equipped. I'm not saying a fourth slot wouldn't cause issues, I'm just saying we already know the game can handle a fourth model on the player (excluding weapons).

The Spooky Sleeves getting updated to fit more classes is sweet, really fits well if you're going to do a single-colour loadout.

It was a design choice to have some asymmetry, and to make it clear they're sleeves+gloves, and... when I was modeling them I had a look at how I was wearing a hoodie that day :v:

Valve should honestly just wait and do an All-Class Update in a similar vein to the Classless Update and the Hatless Update. Just nothing but all-class item changes, new all-class cosmetics, and then new contracts for all classes

Originally I only used a custom HUD so that my health and ammo would be nearer the crosshair and a bit clearer, but like Oizen said having a clean one is just too nice. They're worth a try, I'd say.

If you are going to make it all-class, at the very least make an eagle-less style for it. I could see myself using it for some classes, but the eagle doesn't really look good outside Soldier's head.

To be fair, I tried putting it on the Heavy and it actually looks really good.

It would look really out-of-place on other classes like, say, the Scout, Sniper or Spy, but Heavy could wear it no problem.
