I always wanted "What" command, it would fit, Tf2 is one of those games where there are situations that make you lean back in you chair and say "wtf just happened?!"

"What"
Not trying to disagree but wasn't the reason that invasion was put off for weeks leading to everyone getting irritated and generally disliking it when it did come out due to originally having to wait til gun mettle was finished (then that whole users agreeing to terms/price payouts fiasco)? Plus we've been spoiled a bit recently, if you include contracts/passes as real updates, we have had little downtime since gun mettle, there wasn't alot of time between each of them and even then they were dropping hints to the other ones (like the saucers and such). So i can see why people are hopeful something comes out after tough break.
If you believed the reddit throwaway, it was because of bugs with the new gamemode added, or something like that.
if they revamped how voicelines worked and added new ones, i would like to see them make emotes and voicelines as a wheel in the center of the screen like in overwatch.
and maybe have a "hello!" voiceline, too?
I wouldn't mind rare automatic reaction response to the enemy uber.
Anything realy, from simple "Oh crap" to things like " NOO! Tiny baby men outsmart bullets!" or " I do not yield! I charge into alternative direction"
I think engine's and medic's calls would be hilarious.

This one is golden!
Now i feel like i wanted that stuff since day 1...
More stuff to throw on the growing, teetering pile of things that won't happen

MAN CAN DREAM V:
MAN CAN DREAM V:
That did sound very pessimistic of me
I still love TF2 :ok:
So, they extended the Campaign to the 4th?
Obviously for the big Enter the Gungeon Release Update, what else?
On a serious note : I am not expecting anything.
On a serious note : I am not expecting anything.
Your expectations are realistic
Realistically, what is there to expect? It's still too early for the ranked beta to go live, there's nothing else really buzzing in the community other than the Iron Gauntlet update. The only reason they'd need another update is to hold fans over until after Overwatch releases in about a month, but even then it's not really something they'd have to worry about.
To add onto the voice command idea, in the unrealistic, ideal world where they ended up adding another slot for voice commands (assume that they just made it so that Z and C can be used to scroll back and forth between the four pages such that accessing the new one by default is typically C->C unless you assign a custom key), this would be the most desirable list, in my opinion:
1: Run! (or Flee)
2: Stop! (i.e. Soldier shouts "Stand Your Ground!")
3: Sniper Ahead!
4: What
5: Out of Ammo (Dispenser Here partially covers this, but has become so memetic that it has lost this context for most people)
6: Behind You!
7: Sorry
8: You're Welcome (usually use "Yes" to respond to "Thanks" anyway, but would be nice)
9: Ready (might as well recycle the MvM lines, akin to "Sniper Ahead!", could be alternatively accessed using C8 on non-Medic classes)
Also throw in C9 becoming "Follow Me" so that people low on health can be led to medics, dispensers, etc or people in general lead to good paths or teleporters.
-snip, Really Late-
I really wish there was a "SNIPER!" callout for voice commands and that the rest of the classes got their own unique Ready Up lines (and any other lines missing from MvM)
Nope! After near to nine years we got our first new voice command and it's "Pass it to me"
The tf2 team liked it so much that they've listed it twice in-game.

I feel like "Stop!" would work better if it was "Hold!" like "Hold your Position" in Counter-Strike, since it could be used when defending a cap point on KOTH or something
I really hope Valve considers adding new response/command lines for each character, it's partially needed for comp but it would also be better for just general use in normal gameplay. They've shown before that the voice actors are available to come back, and if they can record a million individual Halloween lines for everybody then surely they can add a few new response lines and voice commands for an upcoming gamemode.

The worst part is that it serves no purpose outside of Pass Time, so it's just a useless new command that can't even be used for alternative means in regular gameplay

The "Help" voice command, when used next to objectives baring the flag in ctf does a special voiceline asking for assistance capping/pushing.
I actually completely forgot about that, despite how much I use it. That being said, having a "Hold this area" line would still be good to use outside of defending cap points
I just want actual voice lines for the "Pass to me!" command. :v:
In my experience, "Incoming!" is reserved almost entirely for an incoming enemy ubercharge coming your team's way. "Help!" or "Sentry Ahead!" are for a general danger.
Maybe that's just the server I play on that has all-talk on so we have to use voicecommands to comm at all.
Incoming update, here are the notes.

The Bot Dogger? I submitted that update less than 20 minutes ago and didn't even get a reply, that was quick.
Looks like Bot Dogger is now all-class.

For what purpose would it need to go all-class?
Is it some tongue-in-cheek joke since the normal Hot Dogger was teased as all-class?

Mass demand :p
I have no idea why they didn't accept the Hot Dogger allclass, I submitted both
Why? It was only good on scout. Oh well at least it's not like the breakneck baggies.

I thought you were joking, dammit.
I wonder if 2 years from now 90% of cosmetics will just be multi/all class

can anybody confirm for me that valve broke the team coloring on the brim-full's new "ugly" style?
Apparently its not working properly on my end.
