Sometimes I think that Valve's priorities are ambiguously ordered; like trying to go nowhere and everywhere at once. The most recent major projects involve the Steam Machine and the Portal 2 VR. Valve has had this matchmaking beta going on for a decent amount of time but NONE of my major problems with it have been fixed. Premades still dominate, and Ranks are a joke

So, people who quit and thus invalidate comp matches are permabanned from ever booting the game up again, right? Because I've played about 11 matches in just as many hours. 3/4 of the comp matches I end up in, some dipshit leaves immediately, killing the entire server.

Apparently cp_vanguard is part of the comp rotation now.

Also it seems that coaching works in competitive mode. Thanks to it you can go through walls and spawn in the middle of the fight.So any coach exploit that was found you can do in matchmaking.
