I already want to do this, and had already used a friends account on a computer while he was away while I tryed it.
......seriously? It's an achievement that earns you NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. Hell, it's not even an actual achievement, it's not very hard to get a bunch of friends together, it just takes some effort. Are you really going to waste money to get an achievement that grants you nothing in 1 game?
SAM works. my 11 million kills says so.

But Achievements are fun to earn.
If you think this achievement is hard, have you done the Buff Banner one? Really, achivements don't do anything at all, unless you want a certain class weapon badly.
It is probably easiest to start frequenting a server and be friends with other frequenters... It is hard for me to have a game on some of my main servers without 5+ friends on at the same time.
Join some small clan and add a good handful of them. If they have their own server play on it. That's how I got it when I joined and left Top Notch Clan maybe about two years ago.

I got the achievement at a LAN party a long time ago. Yes, I'm that much of a nerd that I would actually go to a rich kid's house with eleven other people and play TF2 for several hours. Great fun, actually.
LAN parties are always fun. Most of the time however, there is always one annoying fag that will bring the whole thing down.
What, the hacker?
Or the general douche that whines and complains and swears a ton.
Or the general douche that... ...swears a ton.
Never invite me to a LAN party, ever.
Or the general douche that whines and complains and swears a ton.
One of my friends only wants to play Aion online when we all want to play other games like TF2, WC3, SC2 and so on unless we do specific gamemodes he already knows how to play; not wanting to learn any new games.

I got that achievement pretty easily. I wasn't really trying to get the achievement, but I still got it anyways. All I did was keep playing on my favourite server, and eventually I had something like 20 regular players on that server on my friends list. So then something like a quarter of the people playing on the server were on my friends list and all I had to do was complete a round and bam, achievement. So that's what you could do, just add regular players of your favourite server to your friends list. Then you'll get the achievement pretty quick.

Playing MW2 with your friends is fun. I just look down at the community and IWNET *Shivver*
I have no friends on steam except the guy from /v/ who gifted me Killing Floor.
