Well that's a color based stereotype rather than a nationality based stereotype, this character is said to be chinese so I don't saw why a stereotypically chinese accent would be wrong :S

It is a crit replacement, but it's pretty useless without an 1850s total conversion.

Good point. I think we may need a complete mod for tf2 with how much effort an 1850's version would need. It would be a complete overhaul, player models, view models, world model weapons etc.
I think we should start a dev team, with a ton of members to get more work done. Texture artists, modelers, testers, bug finders, etc.

I'd prefer a new game from scratch myself. If I could code sourcemods I'd probably try and start some sort of team (with such a huge chunk of the art done, it'd be a sure success) but otherwise I'd be an idea guy.

I would, Yet i have no ability other then finding glitches and bugs and then reporting them, Which pretty much anyone can do.
