This guys got the idea if it's that bothersome do something else, just don't result to instant respawn servers they ruin the game.

I think it's useful to spectate, while you are dead, because what you may have had planned before your death may change dramatically as you are forced to adapt to new developments in the world that is Team Fortress 2.
The only reason why I don't like respawns is because after I die, I realize that I could stop them, or my teammates absolutely never listen to me and end up going into the same fate.
anything longer that 15 seconds is absurd
