You can, you just have to trade up from the civilian grade (i.e. make 10 civilian stranges, then trade up). It seems like a fair way to add stat clocks without devaluing every high grade item.

It's certainly unusual. Even the MVM post-game commentary is still echo-y.

This is how comp matches start so far. Definitely looks like it may need some work in post, but good enough for a beta. Also yeah, announcer stuff. For the juicy bits, the announcers says lines at 60 seconds, 30 seconds, and starts counting down at 10.

AFAIK, you can't do this with items recently bought on the market (a.k.a. untradeable items) which is quite 'strange'

Was my first thought when I read the changenote.
So, we know which cosmetics changed, but could someone compile screens of all the new changes?
Baw, the new killsounds aren't whitelisted for sv_pure, not to mention all the alternative hitsounds are still not whitelisted either.
I may actually try competitive long enough just to get the "Raging Sociopath" rank and then never touch it again.
