Chicago overcoat clipped with a bunch of shirts, those shirts are now same equip region as overcoat so can now be worn with other shirts (escapist, rogues col roule, formals).
Although the shirts that are now coat equip region also clip with a bunch of shirts :/

They actually added new "festivizer" attachment models for all the weapons with skins. They're exactly the same as the lights from the old festives, except they've got new battery packs with BONK! logos on them, and any extraneous stuff like the Festive Grenade Launcher's bell or the Festive Stickybomb Launcher's white lights has been removed. Also the light colors for the Festive Medigun are in a slightly different order, so there's that too.

It bothers me that there weren't any Christmas themed skins to put the festivizers on. What do any of the current skins have to do with the holidays at all that would actually make thematic sense to put lights on?

Spy shirt equip regions have been updated, Tuxxy, Triad Trinket and Dr. Whoa can be worn with any other Spy shirt and Dashin Hashashin no longer conflicts with any shirt item.
