Phlog is surprisingly useless now. Here's what we've learned: Valve has a slightly op weapon, makes it more op, makes it useless, then fixes it, then fixes it to be more unique or better.
I feel like if they made it heal Pyros to half of their health instead of full it would've been better than just getting rid of it all together :v:.
Resource/UI/econ/MannCoTrade_CommonStatClock.res Looks like there might be a way to trade up common strange items now. Not entirely sure.

The description says it still heals on my part. Though it'd be better to just have it heal half of your health and have it count only using your primary to fill the MMPH meter.

I think a decent balance between old and new functionalities would be to just make the Quick-Fix Uber effect for the duration of the taunt. It would restore health, tank some damage, prevent capping points and prevent knockback. Fast healing would allow the pyro to withstand small amounts of enemy fire during the taunt while causing him to go down when focused.

If someone messaged them to fix some of the animations for some of the weapons in TF2 do you think they'd fix them?
