As a medic main, I am so happy to see that now Crossbow can give us some percents of ubercharge on successful heal.
Also that tripled build time...amazing.
i like that the changes have been to make helping teamates more often more rewarding
I'm pretty sure they got rid of the charged crits for the phlog in favor of the new system. I'll have to try it out.

Improving the airblast (as the stunlock had to go) at least counts as a little bit of a phlog nerf, seeing as its only downside now is the lack of airblast.

But loads of these other changes are awesome. Loving some of those Medic changes in particular. And base switch speed increase is awesome. I don't like the skins though. Still gonna buy into it, but eh.

no, it was broken that quickfix users could stand on point and cap last while being healed crazy fast AS WELL AS not being bounced around at all.
Did the Phlog get it's "full hp" thing removed?

This may be optimistic, but it seems a little odd to me to put Christmas cosmetics in a pink case adorned with leaves. There's also no mention of the items being festive. Just 'chic'.
So perhaps Naughty and Nice crates are still a thing?
To be honest i disliked using the Vaccinator after the GM update, but i think i might go back to it after this update!
It's a shame they seem to think heavy is fine how he is. Not only does he only ever get melee rebalances now, which are nothing more than appreciated at best, but they also neglect to adjust his countless revup nerfs or the fact that shotguns are downright deplorable on the class still.

We didn't get any weapons in 2013 either. Rebalances are great, but I don't see them as equal to (or better than) new weapons unless they significantly revamp how a weapon works (e.g. the Smissmass 2013 Soda Popper change).
