Feelingbetterbager? It's orange, kind of innocuous and looks nice with anything. Flair! would also work.
Alternatively, the Quadwrangler gives you a popped collar which looks pretty radical with that cap.

So, I recently aquired my dream hat-- a Cloud 9 Vintage Tyrolean-- but my problem is I don't have any clue where to start when it comes to putting together a loadout with it. Any suggestions? If it helps, I'd like to paint it white.
Other than that, I have quite an amassment of Medic Cosmetics that I've cobbled into loadouts that I'm fairly proud of.

A bit anachronistic, but the cape looks really nice with the helm and the Dark Age Defender has some clipping issues with it (though you could check that out, too).
