Das Hazmattenhatten got old for me real quick. But if you were going to use it there's no reason to use the Processing Mask with it too, it just looks redundant then.
I think that by covering up the mouth, the Processing Mask makes it look like the helmet is full of some strange colored science liquid, rather than just having tinted glass.
