I'd try the other more subtle beard. That one ruins the otherwise mature aesthetic IMO.

If you able to, I recommend a Air of Debonair Flapjack, and if you set the unpainted Digit Divulgers to the light style, it actually matches quite nicely with your white Cross-Comm monocle.
Only problem is that the Cross-Comm on BLU doesn't match as close to Debonair.

Unfortunately there's no chainsaw whip for pyro so pretend that's a big spinning chainsaw whip.

You should change the thermal tracker, it looks a bit silly to wear. The Southie Shinobi might be overused, but that would fit.

I like how you also have a regular scattergun with the same name, like you actually went "oh man that name was so good and original I just NEED to use it again."
And actually relating to the cosmetics I'd just use the Shinobi robes. Sure it's part of the set but it works too well. Could also paint the Thermal TS. That fits in nicely.
