I would recommend the Gone commando for your heavy loadout

I'd say replace the body cosmetic with the Flapjack to better mimmick his famous high-collared jacket, and get rid of the Tomb Readers (they look nothing like his normal glasses) and go for either Graybanns or Macho Mann (depending on whether you want non-mustached Travis).

You should paint the leathers team spirit too. It doesn't need a third item but these look good

So, whenever I begin to use a loadout a lot for a certain class I like to give that weapon loadout it's own cosmetic loadout as well, and lately I've been using the what I like to call the 'Gold Rush' set on Medic (Blutsauger, Kritz, Ubersaw) and therefore took it upon myself to make a good cosmetic set for it. Eventually I came up with this, which I think goes very well with the set weapons sort of dark-brown color scheme:
