Here's what I did for a while in-game
It sorta fits the look of the characters when they have Brimstone in Isaac. Sadly there's no red eyes.

Goatee works great, but I think you could do with a better shirt

Get a der wintermantle or whatever its called and pretend its a bathrobe.
It works with Filamental as well!

I'm using hlmv, not the actual ingame preview, so I guess it would depend on the prespective and ambient lightning.

I don't know which parts of the hat get painted, but you could try Cream Spirit for the hat to match the color of the grenades. I'd leave the paint on the winter mask.
