Wanted a Hero/villain look for the Pyro, figured green pains and a hard to notice slug hat that barely clips would be neat. Love the fire-ant Pyro that was introduced, don't like how it clips with all sorts of stuff. The unusual makes me think of cheesy 90's comics as well.

Skeleton/dumb-fanboy themed Soldier, I know I know... this might be the dumbest thing I've ever shown along with those named items. I like these loadouts though, and I think they have a little bit of charm to them.
First time doing a loadout in this thread. Spy during the winter I guess? Feel free to add criticism as im looking to improve this loadout and future loadouts as well.

Any of these items can go with the Commissar's coat/Borscht Belt easily. I'd suggest going for the Ushanka as that's really easy and cheap to get on the market.
I dunno if I should keep the eye purple or revert it back to default team colors.

TBH pink would match the scope lens thing (plus brighter would fit the eye color more)

I'm using three point lighting (key, fill and rim each being a slight blue tinge), camera with a default FOV and all render settings at max. AO I can't really explain, but maybe that's just because I'm still a novice.

Didn't scout get some pirate cosmetics lately? Demoman there's obviously a lot. Those treasure chests and the parrot come to mind.
