I don't know. Just- which hair is better. Rainbow for ponytail, artistic for long hair. Dislike if I suck at loadouts.

Honestly i think the bandanna does not fit that at all. That's just me though.

I was trying to go for a look like in this image. I didn't make the mask Team Spirit or Value of Teamwork 'cause I wanted it to basically be a solid color and white achieves that well. If I could, I'd use the Physician's Procedure Mask, but of course that's Medic-only. I used the Thrilling Tracksuit for the shirt for a few reasons: I needed something long sleeves, I needed something at least remotely "official" looking, and I was hoping the scarf of the jacket could replace the ascot tie.

You'd be better off attempting to recreate it with the Medic.

This is just a base since I couldn't find a good fitting third cosmetic, but you can paint the mask whatever colour you like (team spirit or cream spirit both work if you want to try and cover up the medic emblem more), and really it works well as just two miscs.
Also bandannas don't really work, as the facemasks are based off of facemasks people commonly wear in those regions when they're sick so they don't get others sick, so a procedure mask fits anyways.

I think that might be because you're using a lower LOD model. I'm almost positive it correctly rests on his shoulder in LOD0.
