Deep Undercover Operator, Eye Catcher, Lurker's Leathers (although Big Boss wears an eyepatch, not Solid Snake except for MGS4 where Snake gets one as a tool.)

What would be the best cosmetic along with the Team Captain and the Caped Crusader to make Soldier look as Bison-y as possible?

The best (but not only) thing to wear is probably the Batter's Bracers.
