painting the hat to the same color of the effect usually looks really bad. although if you really need to build a loadout on that unusual, try something like this.

To be quite frank I'd rather have a non-wrapped top hat on any of these loadouts than the wrapped one.

I don't get the hate, I unboxed one and actually really enjoy it. Looks fantastic with the Snow Sleeves, especially for Sniper. Tbh it's very hard to hate a all-class hat, always looks good on at least one class!
