I once reared back and punched one of those things out of annoyance at its very existence, and an older lady nearby gasped in shock as though I had punched an actual person. Honestly, what you have right now is pretty good as it is, but if you want to use a third misc. the Mutton Mann, Archer's Groundings, or even one of the badges might suit what you have going on here.

Pyro melee's are fairly irrelevant in MVM since 99% of the time you're going to be using your primary.

Still Back Scratcher actually hurts the Pyro using it, since healing is rarely ever done by way of medkit and almost always by Medic or weapon buff.
But I digress, here's my Medic. No real cohesive theme going on, I just really like the colors of it.
