It and the Bolshevik Biker should have vest equip regions. They both barely clip with any Heavy shirts, and even ones they do somewhat clip with (tyurtleneck) actually look pretty good.

I know the veil has a reputation for being super edgy, but this set of items really complements it.
Veil is only really super edgy when that skull style is used, its ugly and everybody uses it because try-hard CoD and shit.
