His loadout is a mishmash of stuff, winter coat with samurai helmet? they aren't exactly items that go together well, if at all, while yours actually do fit together rather nicely however little nitpick, another beard might fit the rest of your items better, perhaps the Marshall's Mutton Chops or the Mistaken Movember.
Sorry but those are both terrible. Best part is the allfather, which means that it's not a lack of refined that's the reason.
I'm considering an M. Bison loadout for the Soldier.
Is the Team Captain/FDU or Diplomat still the closest I'd come to it or is there a suitable cape for the Soldier?

I ended up finding the Batman cape which works pretty well but I'm not sure how much the Diplomat would clip with it.
