Max's Severed Head surprisingly doesn't clip with it at all.
Unfortunately only beards are equippable otherwise without there being equip region problems.

The Pencil pusher can be worn alongside it, the hair doesn't clip but the pencil itself goes through one of the headphones.
But as Rajikaru said; beards (and glasses) are the only cosmetics which don't conflict.
However, if you can look past the pencil's clipping; try one with a rustic-painted Gold Digger.
Edit: and according to loadout.tf, the polar pullover doesn't conflict or appear to clip at all.

For purple, business pants works really well. Orange works with green, and cream spirit works with both.

After eight matches Green effects I found, and Purple can be a good compliment to White depending on the hat or just another shade of violet or purple. It depends on the hat, really.
Also Spectre you asked me about Bills on Pyro, so here's a setup I thought looked nice

A green gives the Bills and ornaments a camo vaguely WWI look, along with turning the Ornaments into sort of frag grenades.
If you don't want to paint the Bill's, painting the mask Debonair might help it mesh better, at least on red.

If you plan on painting it, but think the above colors won't fit with the other 8 classes, paint it Debonair and the mask Balaclavas because it just looks nice.

Firstly, I used (t)(/t) for it to actually show up, you're supposed to use the [t] brackets.
