Been working on making my other classes look better. Still don't have any good looks figured out for spy or soldier, but I've recently managed to pick up some more really cheap genuines (why are they so cheap? They're all class too!) to try with them all.

Most of these items I just picked up from random drops and crates, the genuines were all about less than a dollar each. Easy picks with some spare change made off the market.

That one specifically looks really good, though personally I would've bought a cheaper paint and painted both of the cosmetics (probably gold so I could make a DBZ reference), as that's an easier match than painting one to match the other's default colour.

You've clearly never traded TF2 items.

People will always try to squeeze as much profit as possible out of you. If you're buying, people demand you pay more than the item is worth, and if you're selling, they refuse to pay full price. For casual traders, you can almost never resell an item for what you originally paid.

Even if you deal with the big trade networks, which have normalized prices, at minimum you lose a scrap worth of value on every transaction. A single cycle of buying and then selling an item costs you four weapon drops.
