I think that this might work for what you're looking for, though it will cost a bit extra to get Zepheniah's for the Thermal Tracker (if you decide to go with this loadout):

Unfortunately the Spy doesn't have too many items that really work with a mohawk as of yet, but I did try to come up with a quick loadout for the Demo with the Dark Age Defender providing the spikes commonly seen in the "punk" scene:

The spy is inspired by payday, was rocking this when i used to play alot of payday 2

I had a hard time gauging the exact color of the boots for some reason, so I went with Zepheniah's since it seemed pretty close to the color of the boots. But yeah, that works much better.
Does anyone know any good loadouts with the Screamin' Eagle?
As well as a good third misc to go with the Belgian Detective and Rogue's Brogues.

I got an All-Father loadout with the Screamin' Eagle and Tomb Readers.
My Tomb Readers are painted Gray, and the All-Father Radighan Brown.

While Scout, Pyro, and Sniper are just using just full class sets, they and Engie seem to be fine. Maybe add chainmail for Pyro if that can be equipped with the sixpack.
I don't know what the hell is going on with Medic though. It just looks like you took 3 random cosmetics and slapped them on, only advice I could give is to throw it out completely.
