It also has synergy with the Beak because A. it's a good face cosmetic and B. It is the closest cosmetic Medic has that resembles geisha masks/paint.

Indeed, though it seems like instead of the Foppish Physician, it might be good to look into the Angel of Death/Heat of Winter for the vaguely kimono-like shape of the coats, or the Doc's Holiday for the floral pattern on the Flu style, if actually going for a geisha-based loadout.
