Had this idea for the Vault Boy for quite some time, never went out to make it since you have to be on Blu for it to really work. Gentlemann's Business Pants Greased Lightning and a Australium Gold Cool Cat Cardigan, the third misc. could be anything really: something that references a perk or maybe the Caffeine Cooler.

Now I'm going to turn this into a poster. . .

My personal favorites are probably the football outfit and the street thug, but I'm also really happy with how the soccer one came together.

I'm assuming because the centerpiece is the Ball-Kicking Boots, you probably want a sports theme in particular. And you probably want a regular wear outfit, so no Halloween items like the mascot. And while the hot dog salesman is kinda hilarious, you'd probably want something a little more serious as a main loadout set.
