Made this guy. Love it. Seriously considering trying to get a strange gunslinger in future just to complete the strange weapon loadout.
And when Engineer finally gets his own pistol, I'll wait for a strange of that and slap a reference on that one, too.
I thought these 2 New Vegas themed loadouts are alright, a prospector and an NCR soldier.

I used the winter jacket as a change to the tunic otherwise it's just the trench set with the pipboy, it's a close item to the concept imo anyway without the armor.

Ditch the Polar Pullover, it's literally just the neck that shows up, go for something more noticeable like a Moonman Backpack or something.

i was thinking the sub zero suit but i want something that matches i dont feel like the moonman backpack matches well, anything else that would match you think?

If you want to go for a more goofy look, Stockbroker's Scarf or Googol Glass Eyes both work well (The Googol Glass Eyes give a mosquito-esque appearance). Otherwise, I'd recommend Desu Specs or Eye Catcher.
Or Soot Suit, which looks nice with any other Pyro items.

The Helmet without a Home is the obvious though boring choice here, but here's an alternate garbage Soldier. You can also add the Mistaken Movember/Lone Survivor or the Soldier's Sparkplug (if you can find it).
