The Engineer and Sniper loadouts aren't bad by any means, but they aren't terribly cohesive. Also I think the Scout one would look better if you painted the Fast Learner Team Spirit so it looked more like a uniform, maybe gave him a badge.

Since i like the nostromo napalmer as a skin of the flame thrower, i would like to make a set with a space theme using the mk50, but i still need 2 other cosmetics. Have anyone got good ideas to help me out with this?

Really, any paint looks good on the Tail. Just pick your favorite colour. I'd personally recommend violet for the hair and purple for the Drummer shirt.

These all look like train conductors, so emphasize on that - Sniper is pretty great as is. The Engineer would be absolutely perfect with the Trencher's Tunic. You could give the Scout the Macho Mann as well, maybe, but absolutely get Ticket Boy, it will fit the hat so well.

Absolutely do not get the ticket boy. It'd look better if you went cosmetic-less rather than using the ticket boy. The Tuxxy would be a good cosmetic to use instead.
