You have to glitch your connection in game.
Disconnect ,put the items of your choise, reconnect fast (quit your loadout inventory first),then go to the ressuply locker.

[u]Rounded Rifleman[/u]: Its a nice stylized cap, with a brim that could protect your face from excess sunlight, has noting to do with it being a kepi.
[u]Sir Hootsalot[/u]: Self Explanatory, only bird misc for sniper that isn't Halloween restricted.

It gets colder the higher you get for any mountain, so warm wear is required. Mountains aren't like Egyptian pyramids.

He hiking, not climbing. He's not going to be high enough in the air for a temperature difference, think like Upward, Hoodoo, or Offblast. Its still obviously dreadfully hot in those places, but they're decently high up.
You're both wrong. Good boots, nice hard shell vest, light sun hat, and an unkempt beard are hiking basics. All that's missing is the vest tied around his waist instead, and some short shorts.

I love my heavy loadout.
Mods are Heavy Artillery (can replace any minigun but stock), High Poly Heavy Ammo (the belt over him), and Animated Shells.
If that was a legit reskin I'd use it constantly. Also the high poly bandoleer should be stock, frankly. Heavy's current bandoleer is disgusting and Valve should be ashamed.

At least personally, I'm a bit reminded of the cast of the hit web series "Brooding-Ninja-Highschool-Parkour-Scout" by Krunkidile. Admittedly, though, in saying that this may be one of the many times where I've tried to make a joke that unintentionally really offends people and I feel awful about it afterwards. That seems to happen quite often, actually.
