I think it really depends on the style you want. I used to when I had a flapjack used the digit divulgers and some other hairpiece, I used the greased lightning myself, although it may not fit the style. The new scout hair with the bandana might work, but I forget the name.
Now some of my redesigned loadouts. I made them in loadout.tf and make a list of how much it'll cost so I can buy it all. The total is 64ref so around 4 keys, I have plenty for it now.
Scout: I will always use the greased lightning! I've already bought everything here.
