IMO only fits well white on the medic. Needs team color for the rest, and thematically the only loadouts here that fit it are the scout and the medic.
Don't take this too hard, because I've been there with the Bills and Voodoo, but this screams for attention to the fact that you own a hat that costs 6 keys.
Stay classy and make loadouts that look good, not exclusively loadouts that cost a lot, because I really, really enjoy it on the medic.

He sold me it for extra cheap (ten keys which at the time was much less than its actual price) and I wear it cause he's a cool guy and we make merchandise sometimes and stuff

I don't think white fits any of the other classes. Sure, the other loadouts have some white in them (except the spy, that's just bad), but I don't think the hat ties it in together well because it's white and yellow, and the only other color that is ever next to yellow is their team color, and coherency is how you create a sense of unity. It's partly a matter of opinion, yes, but it's also a matter and principle of design. Tying colors together is why loadouts like that brown toy soldier scout on the last page looks so good, despite being rather simple.
Looking back, the medic's should actually be waterlogged labcoat.

Top left is perfectly fine if that's what you're going for. I can't really think of any items that would be better than any of them for hypebeast status.

you can really do pretty much anything with the scout. it's all very forgettable, but if what you want is to be an aggressive college student, you can pick and choose almost literally any scout item and it will work.

Now I'm just experimenting. I just discovered a hipster's thirst blood: front runner painted white to remove the corny line. I dunno what I want to do with it yet. it would suit soldier-scout well, but it needs a lot of white in the loadout for it to mesh well.

It's really hard to make a loadout with a white headband [I]but[/I] without a civilian chest cosmetic. Karate scout is sorta awkward because his chest is just a block of a different color, even if what is white is evenly distributed. I like these but I wish it didn't have to be white. Bully scout is my least favorite theme, but has the most well distributed colors.

yeah i rushed the description i was going for a hypebeast/streetwear look
"modern fashion" i was referring to today's fashion, alot of tf2 fashion is based off a theme in tf2's time set or insight of future during/before the 60s

Try and search for the painted hats instead, they usually go fairly cheap and saves you the paint cost.

The only problem is lower-tier paints like Orange on low-tier hats are almost impossible to find, and there's no guarantee they're selling them for cheaper than just buying the paint and hat.
