I think, imo, it's too much bandanna. There's no real 'theme' to the loadout outside of 'bandanna', especially when you throw the pants into the mix.

That, and people just flat out dislike the Bandanna.

I know this is 4 days old but i'm a big fan of Pirlo and wanted to say that it's amazing.

I'll be trying to post my "cosplay" loadouts or similar stuff, right now they're all shit and i don't feel they're worth for showing it plus it doesn't help that i don't enjoy putting paint on them (i have no idea why, it's strange).

Beg to differ for what? You're literally proving his point. Heavy Lifter is a great misc that can work in almost any situation or loadout, that's all there is to it.

That being said, can anybody think of a good all-class misc that isn't shades (besides the Marxman) to go with the Rotation Sensation? I'm not sure how good the Marxman would look with it and I really want a good looking all-class cosmetic set.

Marxman is incredibly situational and wont look good.

The Merc's Pride scarf would be good, and if you're really against shades, try the Flair or Bruiser's Bandanna

I'm looking for a Medic loadout that uses the Nine-Pipe but looks good in Grey.

Any ideas? I kinda like the Colonel's Coat, but I can't think of a good hat that can be painted to go along with it.

As people have said, pretty much every item goes with the Heavy Lifter, so finding two items that go well enough with each other to equip alongside it will be the main issue.

Personally, I use the Soviet Gentlemann and Security Shades with mine:

Why would I take either of those ugly-ass nonfitting cosmetics

Also Marxman isn't situational at all, it's one of the best humour cosmetics and can work with just about any other goofy cosmetic, not to mention it's one of the few all-class items that doesn't have clipping problems (cough Merc's Pride Scarf) or look ugly (cough bruiser's bandanna) on any class
