Anyway, strictly speaking the definition of an "image macro" is a picture with words added on top of it - which encompasses a whole hell of a lot of stuff, including things like Workshop promotional images. In reality the 'rule' seems to be against making certain kinds of jokes the mods don't personally think are funny / don't like for some random reason.
iirc image macros that are specifically made to fit the situation are OK.
Basically, if you post it and don't immediately think "wait no I'll get banned", it's probably ok. Unless you have terrible common sense or are new to the forums and don't know things.

The TF2 section rules, the Gaming General Discussion section rules, the plain old regular General Discussion section rules... none of them say a single thing about image macros, or link to the page you provide.

But hey - on the flipside of things, it turns out pretty much all my previous bans have been complete bullshit. The rule quite plainly is specifically against "image macros from image macro sites" - but I've been banned for personally-made responses (which apparently are expressly permitted!) and for making [I][B]purely textual references[/B][/I] (which simply are not image macros in any degree whatsoever).

Deus speks/pyrovision goggles make neat effects for the eyes.
Cute suit removes the "nose" on the pyro's mask, so the 451 looks more legit.

The Sub Zero suit works as a nice spacesuit (Especially if painted Grey but darn TFMV wasn't showing the paint for some reason). To complete it I recommend using the Moonman Backpack, Death Support Pack, or a Head replacement of your choice.
