Yes.

As for the loadout, the Cross Comm and Flapjack fit together very well, but the black Bandanna feels out of place. I think the Digit Divulgers or Brooklyn Booties or something would fit better.
Personally, I use the SpaceChem pin with those two.

Some more single-cosmetic-commentary: there's really no way to make the Cross-Coms headset thing look good. It looks like it's made of paper. It's just pitiful.

IMO the ammo belt on that cosmetic really doesn't work. I wish they made it without it (or had a style without it). Nice loadout though

Nothing really special, but just scored the new Medic Cosmetic through the case today.

Kept that beautiful 'Oktoberfaust' Kritz for years.

Though for you thematic connoisseurs, the foppish physician cosmetic would be more fitting with this loadout.
