BWAHAHAHAHAHA
It's funny because you think Valve actually have guidelines to what they put into game.
They had?

Didn't the advertisement for that promo say it was a "rare crossover"? v:v:v
Valve, you could do at least promo items for Garrys Mod or Half Life 2 for the people who own it. This is excessive.

Is there a listing anywhere of the new voice lines that have been added? Finding them gradually ingame is ok, but I'd like to know what each one is so I can properly use it.

2 days ago my friend joked asking whenever would they implement Magic promo items on TF2 to make it look like a definite rpg.
mother fucker.
And when the Demo says Thanks! he sometimes says "I didn't really need your help ye' know"
I got this line playing demo. I like it; it really fits his personality somehow.
Demoman and Soldier also have "nice" lines when they kill eachother like "You were good, real good, maybe the best" and "Yourrr mehhehh best FRIEND, i looovvee ya man, love ya... BURP"
You can probably tell which is which
I just loved the new heavy lines, it's like i don't even have to keep screaming on the mic "FIGHT ME LIKE A MAN" when i wear my luchadore mask and go kamikaze against a horde of enemies.
Am I the only one who thinks the Heavy punching lines should only play during a crit?
Don't get me wrong, they're cool, but they're gonna get stale veeeery fast otherwise
Yes you are
The URGH one should play only during crit.

So the following community items now have unique voice clips just for them
Dalokah's Bar
Tribalman's Shiv
Fists of Steel
Demoman Pain Train
Mad Milk
Crit-a-Cola
Which is awesome :D
It makes them feel more complete, like proper update weapons

by reading the thread
I actually just asked i-ghost.
I also forgot to mention the Kritzkreig and the Caber.
And I guess by default the Buffalo Steak is "unique" in that it doesn't have any unique lines, but it's the only Heavy edible that doesn't have a unique line, which makes it unique in a way.
What are the new lines?
Not new, just the formerly unused lines.

Aw, no Heavy referencing the fact he's holding chocolate?
Okay
This breaks 80% of the team fortress 2 model design guidelines
Look at the god damn detail! It looks almost realistic. And it doesn't fit the era at all.
It's actually not that detailed. It has the regular TF2-style rust and brushstrokes, and the handles and stuff is just so that is looks like the one ingame. Also, the time period wasn't taken that seriously to begin with, considering that we have teleporters and healing guns, the environments and weapons are nowhere close to the ones in the actual 60s, and that according to TF2's version of history, Shakespeare was a bodybuilder, a magical element made Australians geniuses, and Abraham Lincoln invented stairs and rocket jumping.

Man, I've never heard that argument before.
