We have released an update to Team Fortress 2 Classic. To update, navigate to the root folder of the sourcemod and run Vapor. Gonna be honest, I'd rather had a later update that was a bit more substantial. This feels rather bare bones, but the updated class icons and such are fucking nice to look at. I guess a small update is better than none though. Looking at the Github, not much is happening with TF2C. Is the big update planned to go down, or is something else happening?

I don't want to have to go through having to wait 4 hours to download the whole game again. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong, or if vapor is having a problem? Seriously, I don't want to have to wait 4-6 hours for this, especially when its a smaller update.
Holy shit i am digging those class portraits. Any chance to make it available as a separate mod for TF2? Also, will TF2C use OpenAL and it's HRTF function or other 3D sound related stuff?

I kind of am disappointed the artillery was removed, since I barely got to use it. But kids telling you to kill yourself and acting like shrieker monkeys kind of puts me off of Death Match.
The new Scout icon looks a bit weird, but it's still pretty good!

Every time I try to connect to a server, it says that it is using different class tables.
I'm taking a break from Office since its basically finished for now, so here's a bit of a redesign for the outside of the warehouse in VIP_Ware: [t]http://i.imgur.com/uZJteEX.jpg[/t] The cliff walls aren't completely finished, and I'm still trying to think of a layout for the map[sp]which is bad since i keep doing artpasses first[/sp] Might also need someone to work on it with me, whether that be layout, or coding for the map.

Are you considering adding native support for the Steam Controller? Native Support means this: -Use a different control scheme based on the in-game situation (when you're in the menus, there's a vote, you're normally playing the game, or spectating) -Inputs go directly to the game so it doesn't matter if you bind Jump to L or something (instead of selecting a keyboard or gamepad input to use, you select the action in the game. kind of hard to explain) -In-game button prompts (instead of showing keyboard button prompts, it'll show special ones for the Steam Controller) Team Fortress 2 already has native support by the way
So are the Gmod/SFM versions of the Deathmatch Merc and Civilian going to be updated, with the DM Merc getting his new texture, and the Civilian getting his gibs and maybe his animations?

Speaking of the Civilian, I saw he had the pointing, flicking, and thumbs up animations with the Umbrella animations, are those implemented into gameplay or no?

[media]http://imgur.com/a/ptmqf[/media] So here is ware so far, I've added a cave system to that one sewer area for BLU to leave spawn from, fixed up those cliffs so they look less round, made BLU's building look better, and gave more detail to the whole level. Still don't have a real layout, its only just these images right now.
Any chance we could all have another playtest today? maybe not a on dm this time.

It would be an interesting bonus to test the civilian in the server. This would be trolly, but also enable the ability to be mercenary? (everyone will probably be him, though.)
