I started fixing up some mock-up poses for both of the currently available Special Classes:

I made some new poses for the Minigun and Flaregun, and gave a more hunched pose for each weapon shown. I feel really good with each of these now, especially the supershotgun

Now with the Civilian, I gave him a better standing pose, rather than looking so pressed together, he has a more "I'm a business man, but am afraid for my own life" look. The image shown is a comparison to the old pose (left) to the improved pose (right)
Remember that these aren't real poses, and are just mock up poses on how, in my opinion, the classes should stand.

I wish we could get some concept art or something shown for the time being, its sorta empty here just seeing images of maps, mock-ups, etc, and nothing really to get hyped for. I know that most of the devs don't have a lot of time on their hand and they can only work on TF2c in their free time, but I'd atleast like to see something.
Hell, we've only seen the scientist like 2 times, it'd be nice to either see some more of him being shown; I remember when we use to see a lot of the DM Mercenary when he was being worked on, and it would be nice to have something like that, but I understand if things need to secretive in order to keep hype for when the real update comes out, just feels a bit bare-bones here on the thread.
I really hope that 3.0 will be this games über update, what I mean by that is I hope we get atleast two new weapons for each class.

With hopefully unique stats at that, instead of simple tweaks.
Should be a weapon making rule so they either have unique changes (loose canon) or are a completely different weapon (harpoon gun).
Stat tweaks are alright if they change the way the class is played in a good way, such as the Direct Hit, or the Brass Beast to the Minigun (in a way), or even the Jag, which are all pretty much the "boring" stat tweaks.

Man, Spytech in TF2 just gets crazier and crazier. First we had rayguns, now flying bases! How cool is that?
Though really that base looks interesting to play on, if a bit cramp on the inside areas from what I can see.

Either way i want the devs to see the ideas, i would love to implement that stuff but tf2c uses the v/w system, it would be way to much work to convert those weapons from c to v/w, and half of the attributes i suggested don't exist, they would require coding, and im not much of a coder.

Create weapons in game to later get a huge a lot of custom content that will takes a lot of time to download and makes the game chaotically unbalance(like addons in gmod).
After a while of messing around with my steam machine I manage to get TF2c running on steamOS. I don't know much terminal commands so it was a big pain the ass setting this up and getting everything working. Only thing that doesn't work is the steam controller for now. Not really all that impressive since just the linux port running on steamOS, but how I had to set it up was really a big pain.

I will create a write up on users creating their own items_game and how to ship servers with it. This feature has been in for a bit, but we haven't talked much about it because any server that runs a modified items_game has to match with the client. right now, the game doesn't download items_game, so if you want to run a server with modified items the client has to manually download the items_game.txt file and replace their own.
