It looks to be inspired from the Gravity Gun and the Displacer Cannon, adjusted to fit TF2's artstyle obviously. I really love the makeshift styled weapons.

It might be told alread but can somebody tell me what to pick in the BETAS settings in the source SDK Base 2013? The instruction tells that I have to pick "beta_test" but I can't find that in the list:

Instructions are outdated, you don't need to switch to any branch anymore.

For some reason people were talking about grenades and I still don't know if Jarate or Mad Milk will be eventually added, but map updates, Demoman gets to use his second hand with the Sticky Bomb Launcher, concept art for overpowered (VS Saxton Hale?) and the RPG gets a tweak:

It's been pretty much All Quiet on the Western Front here. We know that the RPG is getting an update (its rockets now fire in an arc) there's been some hints pointing towards the dynamite pack for Demoman, and the Stickybomb's viewmodel got updated so that he holds it in both hands. Other than that, there's been some screenshots of new Civilian animations and a WIP VIP map, but I wouldn't get my hopes up that VIP is coming in the next update.
Most of the other things that happened in the thread were just the usual arguments. You know we've gone too long without anything new when the whole grenade issue is brought up agein.
