Hi everyone ! It has been about a week since I started to work on my Henchman model. This is what I've got : [IMG]http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/40/1475510265-sans-titre-1.png[/IMG] I've almost finished working on the body, but before I go into smaller details, I wanted to know if everything looked fine, and if I could improve anything. I can provide close up if it's needed. Sorry if I'm asking for too much feedback, this is my first 3D model.

His arms could be larger, especially around the top, to show how he's pretty much a gorilla in suit. Also, the side view makes his arms look very slim compared to his barrel-chest, maybe just make the arms larger overall? Similar to how heavy's upper body is huge compared to his lower half.

This is me personally, but when I think overpowered and look at that Henchman concept art, I think of something like the Tank from L4D, just with the giant arms while keeping the Henchman's larger than average legs.

Want to join forces. I can help you with UV and rigging.

Uoooh, those look amazing!!! The "tank-Mr Hyde-gorilla" model is a little exagerated, but its good too, I don't know if I prefer that to the original concept art. Specially if he activates the gharging activity running like Winston of Overwatch. About the model compared to the original work, If you look well, the arms are slightly bigger in the concept art, only just a little. But is going great. I cannot wait to see the face, or a complete sfm poster.
