Hi, TF2C Thread, I just want to let people know that we are working on a mod for this mod. It's called CF:IC (Counter Fortress: Intel Captured)
Its getting alot better then it was before,
So far we have done...
-Weapon Porting
-dm_dust_b1 (Early Version)
-dm_nuke_b1 (Heavily Early Version)
-Made a test map
-Got a small team together
-Have a Pre-Alpha build
The goal of the mod is to mix the gameplay of CS with TF2.

As far as I was aware, that was just some TF2 styled retexturing wasn't it?

On the topic of "Super Pistols," I think the Six Shooter (or alternatively, the Revolver,) would easily serve thatpurlose quite well, unless the intention was a near automatic yet damaging weapon, then in that case, the Sten gun already serves that purpose

Yes, It's a mod for TF2 CLASSIC (NOT TF2)

Dev team is currently working on a patch after moving the code from upcoming to the beta_test branch.

Technically speaking you weren't ninja'd since valve has already pushed the patch for the beta_test branch. We're just waiting for the dev team to push their own update that swaps TF2C from upcoming to beta_test.

my freind zool was the creator of that mod, its no longer being worked on, but id actualy like to see some assets used, i think DUST would realy fit in tf2c

this is not true. there is a glitch with servers on the beta_test branch that we are awaiting a fix for

Including to be honest. The signs were for a stupid mod i was making. Glad i forgot about it. it would of been hated on, and never play TF2 or HL2 again.

We still advise against it until we've released our patch.

What animation programs do you devs use on the game? I used to have 3DS Max on my computer before it got trashed, and now I'm thinking about animating again.

I made this in my past time. I think it looks pretty swell. I used Max2D's Civ. Once the rest of the models come out, i will replace civ.
PS. Can't wait for Office Worker model. I just love how he looks :excited:
