A friend of mine also had this issue when he installed TF2C, got no real answer on how to fix this. I'm assuming you just get the proper model/texture folder and put it where it belongs.
It would seem that the vmts are allright, only the vtfs wont load for you

question: how did you guys make the grn and ylw class hud icons? I tried making a hud edit but I don't know how to make the "tint" and "cloak" versions talking about the class icons when you're playing the game in the left corner btw

Just because they're using some beta elements of the game doesn't mean that they're going to drastically overhaul the final art design of the game.

Did Valve fix the server master thing? It's a shame to see a mod, which was created partly because of Valve's lack of updates on the original game, have its development being stopped because.. well another lack of updates from Valve.

It'd be cool if the black revolver skin (minus christmas light) was added to the game. It's so sexy. EDIT: obviously as an alternate skin, not a replacement
