I downloaded the Civilian model from the SFM Workshop, and his head textures were missing. When I tried opening the head textures, they were corrupted. Can you fix that please?

I've earlier said that i've come up with an idea in a form of elimination rounds. 4 teams and 2 of em fight at different areas, once a team wins in that area gets to access to the next one waiting for the other one for a final battle.

I've been working exclusively on TF2 Classic for the past month but I will get back to it at one point. NPCs are almost fully compatible with TF2 mechanics so I've started working on the actual co-op mode. So far I got Synergy-like respawn system and lives system which only apply to RED team.
Is TDM still gonna be a thing?

That would work very well.
So I have a couple things to say about the new beta and a question about map specific weapons.
First of all, the new beta is great, but it seems after I ran Vapor my left click was un-binded in every source game I have. So I had to manually rebind it with using the console command "bind mouse1 +attack" but that might not have been Vapor causing that. I also find that the Pistol is extremely underpowered, there was people in every room around me and I couldn't get through any of the rooms without dying or losing almost all of my heath and trying to shoot these people with the pistol did barely anything. I also like how you guys have added Schema, and I would like to ask if you are planning to add stats to every weapon other than the stock ones? I noticed that the Nailgun, Sten Gun and such didn't have stats whatsoever.
Next thing I'm gonna talk about is map specific weapons, I am working on a map called dm_diner, pretty much self explanatory. I was wondering if these weapons could be added for the map? I think the best way of going about 4 Team gamemodes would be a 4 Team KotH map with multiple points. The more points your team owns, the faster the timer goes down. If there's only one point, the 4-team-free-for-all that would inevitably take place around the point would make capturing said point extremely difficult.
Or if you really want to go through with 4 Team Control Points, the map design and/or win condition need to change, because on every map I've seen so far, the control points were far too close to the spawn rooms, and because of that, capping all points is damn near impossible.

I quite like the idea of having multiple control points but the problem is that there is no way to increase how fast the timer goes down.

Yeah, I guess that would require an overhaul of the gamemode itself, but I think it's necessary if we want four team gamemodes to work.

I have increased the distance from the spawn rooms to the control point, increased respawn time and decreased capture time which should be a temporary fix to the problems you listed.

Honestly, the large player slot servers are pretty bad. They attract all kinds of trouble and just hog the player base.
