The newer backpack scanner (the one with a thread about it) doesn't even work for me at all.
Just gives me some XML error.
The thing I hate about the scanner is that I keep finding people with untradable hats.

all people I find with bills have them team spirited and have 2 pages full of vintages and 1000 hours in their steam profile

also i think i made a dent in the trades. i was posting back in v3. like every other page like this one. so this is a good fraction maybe around 1/5 to 1/4 idk
and go to 24/7 servers, nubs dont like learning new maps

then go down the list and just hop onto a near full server. more people = more idiots most of the time. but don't expect to get everyone, ive missed around 10 buds and 7 bills due to the fact they didnt want to trade it.
