Whats normally traded for items like those?
Paint = 1 reclaimed.
Tags = 1 reclaimed - 1 refined.
Duels = 1 scrap.
It's okay, though. Weapons are usually good enough.

Paints are generally a reclaimed, tags are around a reclaimed, duels are a scrap. There's a few exceptions with paints though. Pink and Team Spirit are worth more for example. I generally get them for about a weapon or two.

Just say "I'm looking for a Bill's Hat, are you selling one?" Or something like that.

Found a guy with 70 hrs and lots of genuine items from the SHOGUN preorder and I doubt he knew the value of his items but he already had like every weapon... I need paint!

First, join a server that has new players as regulars (such as Nighteam). Then, type "status" in the console. Copy and paste the results (they start with "#") into this: [url]http://jaycee.game-host.org:8000/net/test.php[/url]. In the item search, type "Bill's Hat," and select the suggestion that pops up in the corner of the screen. Once you have found someone with a Bill's Hat and low hours, trade them, ask if they have the Bill's Hat, and offer them weapons for it.
