You should add them as a friend before you give up. Sometimes, later on, they'll accept the request (even though they declined the trade request).

Scamming the drop system.
What servers/maps are most of you all getting your scams on? I remember a while ago people went to nightteam 2fort servers, but I can't find much there.

I was scanning today with the Up-To-No-Good scanner. It's pretty good, but I'm curious as to whether it can scan for the new hats yet.
