How do you guys search up for certain items from horrible traders? I want to get buds or bill's out of a fedora

Also guys I got a problem, a friend of mine gifted me a spare unusual he had (industrial festivizer with searing plasma), the problem is it's gifted and therefore dirty, hence nobody wants it. How the hell do I get rid of it without losing too much?
